Q- Are the
different size tanks interchangeable?
A- Yes, you can stack a 70-gallon tank on
top of a 120-gallon tank or vise-versa and also stack the 180-gallon tank on top
of a 240 -gallon tank. With the use of the converting bracket, (Dav-CBR), you
can stack either the 70 or 120 on top of either the 180 or 240 gallon tanks.

Q- What type of valve do you recommend?
A- We provide two type of
valves.
-
A brass spring
release that eliminates the possibility of someone leaving the
valve open causing an oil spill. Handle automatically releases to the off
position when lever is released
-
A single union poly valve in
those applications large volumes of product requires dispensing.

Q- Will we be able to use all the oil inside
your systems?
A- No, the valve area is about an inch
off the bottom. This doesn’t mean you loss the oil like in 55-gallon drums
because the drums are being returned or being discarded.
This oil will be your oil until you decide to drain it by tipping the
tank towards the valve to empty the tank completely.

Q- Can we install a pump on top of your
tanks?
A- Yes, all tanks come
standard with a second 2”
opening on top of tank. However when you stack the tanks unless you utilize the
converting bracket, only the top tank can use a standard air pump directly into
the tank. Or you
can use a wall mounted pump and come out of the bottom outlet with your hose.

Q- Can we stack the 70-gallon tanks
higher than 3?
A- You can if the tanks are supported to
keep from tipping. We recommend you don’t however there are companies that
have but they supported the front of tanks with braces that run over the top of
the tanks then supported to the wall. Also for loads greater than three tanks
high we recommend you provide your own stand.
